How to sign in to Charlo CPS

Go to cps.charlo.com.au and choose the button for your work account. Microsoft 365 for most people, or Google if that is what your organisation uses.

Two steps to signed in and set up.

Sign in with your work account, then find the Help button so you can come back to the guides any time.

01Open Charlo CPS and sign in

Head to CPS in your browser, then pick your work account.

  • In your browser, go to cps.charlo.com.au
  • Click Microsoft 365 to continue with your work account.
  • If your organisation signs in with Google instead, click Google.
  • Pick your work account if asked. There is nothing to type on this screen.
Which oneUse the same account you use for email at work. Microsoft 365 suits most people. No access yet? Contact your Charlo administrator.

Choose Microsoft 365 (or Google) to sign in with your work account.

02Ask Dylan any time

The Help button opens Dylan, Charlo’s help assistant, from anywhere in CPS.

  • Once you are signed in, look to the bottom-left corner.
  • Click Help and Dylan opens. Ask a question in plain words and Dylan answers from the how-to guides, with a link to the full article.
  • The Library button in the panel opens the whole How-To Library.
TipThe Help button is always there, so you can ask Dylan whenever you are stuck.
